Gil did a fantastic job in building an attached porch addition in the backyard for us. We provided Gil with our basic design concepts. From that Gil provided us a detailed drawing and some very good options we hadn't considered. Gil managed the entire project from beginning to end, providing resources for the engineering and architectural drawings required by the city. The permit process took 3 months, and Gil continually provided us updates and did what he could to expedite the approvals. Once work started on the project, it never let up. Gil had everything lined up, there were no delays due to material or labor. Each time the city inspectors came out to sign off and approve the completed work, Gil's work always passed. Gil is a great contractor, reliable, honest, ethical and easy to work with. We were never left in the dark on the project. Gil always kept us informed and was eager to hear our feedback. We are very pleased with the completed porch, it exceeded our expectations. As the project progressed, the skill and quality in building the porch was very apparent. The new porch addition will last as long as the house, and blends in perfectly with the existing house. Working with Gil was a great pleasure. He took really good care of us, he delivered what was promised and then some. Simply put, it's a dream come true for us.
