We selected Gil Montarbo as our general contractor for many reasons, knowledge of the industry, quality approach, subcontractor relationships, honesty and problem solving. We think one of his strongest points is problem solving, trust me there will be problems but the key is how do you handle those problems and get them resolved so the project keeps moving forward. A contractor has to work with different materials, subcontractors as well as city and county officials. Gil knows how to do this so it works out for everyone and in a timely manner. In the end we had a beautiful home that was built by craftsman all top of their areas of expertise. After we moved in there were a few items that had to be taken care of and Gil was always there to make sure everything worked and looked like it should.
